Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and ParrotPost (an AutoApe product, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use ParrotPost on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind them.

ParrotPost helps you plan, generate, review, and schedule marketing content across connected platforms, with analytics and related tools. Content publishes only after it passes review under the approval settings you configure — human approval is a core part of the product, and compliance checks can block publishing regardless of mode. We may improve or change features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

You own the content you create in ParrotPost. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the service — for example, sending an approved post to a platform you connected. You are responsible for having the rights to the content and media you publish and for complying with the rules of each platform you connect.

ParrotPost uses third-party AI models (Anthropic for text, fal.ai for media) to generate drafts. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable — you must review it before approving. You are responsible for everything you approve and publish, including its legal and regulatory compliance. ParrotPost's compliance checks are an aid, not legal advice.

When you connect a social platform you authorize ParrotPost to act on your behalf there, within the permissions that platform grants. Access tokens are stored encrypted and you can revoke a connection at any time from the app or from the platform's own settings. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or actions a platform takes against your account.

Don't use ParrotPost to send spam, publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, evade a platform's rules or rate limits, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell the service except through features we provide for that purpose (for example, agency plans).

Free accounts can use the features included in the Free plan. Paid subscriptions and one-time AI-credit top-ups are billed through Stripe; prices shown on this site are in USD and may change with notice before your next renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your plan runs through the period already paid. Usage beyond your plan's included AI-credit allowance may be billed as metered overage where your plan supports it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your content and connected tokens per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect, and the effective date above will change. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. Questions: suggscrypto@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
