Privacy Policy

ParrotPost ("we", "us") is a marketing-automation platform operated as an AutoApe product. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the ParrotPost website and application, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: suggscrypto@gmail.com.

• Account data — your email address and name, used to create and secure your account and to contact you about the service.
• Connected-platform tokens — when you connect a social platform, we store the access tokens needed to post and read on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties. Disconnecting a channel removes its token.
• Content you create — drafts, posts, media, campaigns, and settings you make in the app. This is your data; we process it only to provide the service.
• Website analytics events — anonymous usage analytics on this website (Google Analytics with IP anonymization), collected only if you accept the cookie banner. Decline and no analytics load at all.

We use your data solely to operate, secure, and improve ParrotPost: authenticating you, generating and publishing the content you approve, showing you your own analytics, billing (when a paid plan is active), and support. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising.

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service:

• Google Cloud — application hosting and data storage.
• Vercel — website and frontend hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing (when billing is enabled); we never see your full card details.
• Anthropic — AI text generation for drafts you request.
• fal.ai — AI image and video generation for media you request.

Each processes data only as needed to provide its function to us, under its own data protection terms.

The only non-essential cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, and they load only after you click Accept on the consent banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data. The app itself uses essential cookies/storage for sign-in sessions only.

Wherever you are, we extend GDPR-style rights to you: you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of or objection to processing, and you can withdraw consent (for example, analytics) at any time. Email suggscrypto@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after account deletion, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention (for example, billing records). Platform tokens are encrypted at rest; access to production systems is restricted and logged.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
